Do you need larger quantities of salmon or whitefish at short notice? Our buyers are seafood experts and do everything they can to fulfil even exceptional customer requests quickly.

With our modern skinning and filleting machines, we can also process large quantities of raw materials at short notice to customer specifications. Complemented by careful manual work, we ensure precise results and consistently high quality—from filleting to packaging.

A company’s most important asset is the people who work there. Our team is made up of people who have been employed here for more than ten years in some cases. Everyone can rely on each other; everyone pulls together. Oh, and if need be, our founder and namesake even gets on a forklift or helps with manual filleting.
