Gegru\u0308ndet hat er Castro Seafood vor <strong>u\u0308ber 20 Jahren<\/strong> mit damals 2 Mitarbeitern, einem Filetiertisch und einem alten Gabelstapler. Die nachhaltige Bewirtschaftung von Fischbest\u00e4nden, der Schutz unserer Meeres\u00f6kosysteme und die verantwortungsvolle Fischzucht stehen dabei ganz vorne. Daher lassen wir uns regelm\u00e4\u00dfig vom <strong>MSC Marine Stewardship Council<\/strong> (Wildfisch aus nachhaltiger Fischerei) und vom <strong>ASC Aquaculture Stewardship Council<\/strong> (Fisch aus Aquakultur) zertifizieren.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/article><article class=\"sticky-content__item\" id=\"sticky-content-item-6a4d56e965b76\"><h2 class=\"sticky-content__heading h3\">By products \/ Verwertung<\/h2><div class=\"sticky-content__content\"><p class=\"p1\">Wir verwerten den kompletten Fisch. Teile wie Gr\u00e4ten, K\u00f6pfe, Innereien oder Fischhaut sind reich an N\u00e4hrstoffen wie Stickstoff, Phosphor, Kalzium und Vitaminen.
